Unfortunately the audio is bad in the MSS talk.
Predisposition:
there can be different perspectives to any event. the chosen perspective of any individual can be attributed to one's predisposition.
The event itself does not surprise me, but the reaction to the predisposition does.

the audio qualifty improves after 30 secs. Looks like nobody listened beyond the first 30 seconds
