The famous BGM that comes in the first 7-8 seconds of this clip is actually taken from an English song. Not trying to diss MSV here. I still love his music. Does anyone know which song it is "adapted" from? I have gone completely nuts trying to remember the song (i think it has words "Alice" "something" "alone" but not very sure). Help!

did you know the sonics song already or did you start searching after seeing my blog. asking because if its the latter, I am curious how you searched it. I have been seraching it like mad and nobody in the internet has ths info.
i knew it earlier because as i mention i too liked this BGM and the one in Michael Madana Kamarajan [ when Kameshwaran is being followed by those 2 people ... and then the famous "thadi aal, oru podi aal..."] .. i ripped the second, but couldnt on the first .. and after some digging then [2007 i think] i found this was inspired.
MSV's i had found it earlier through a lot of search and i went thru the same today its : MSV inspiration thillu mullu bgm. and you ll be pointed to a Tfmpage. some one points out to Have love will travel' by The Sonics...
i knew what to search - didnt remember Sonics.

I saw this landrover commercial once and was struggling to find out the source for a few days.. I had to literally wait for the commercial to be played again on TV to figure out the song..I'm not sure if the same BGM was in the original 'Golmaal', but MSV sure got inspiration from some other source..
