Fasting
It would be a crime to not quote India's biggest philosopher ever on the subject of fasting.

Hahaha.....Goundar's classic line in that movie "yerkanave oru bady lerndhu oru baaaeeeddddd smell varudhu"...still runs in dynamic situations among my friends...:)!!
